Well, my husband and I did finally receive the promised spot cleaning kit--after posting on this blog and contacting corporate headquarters--thank-you DRYCARPET!
This past weekend we had our carpets cleaned again--another beautiful job! However, they did not have any of the pet treatment product on the truck--we were VERY disappointed because we have three dogs and really began using DRYCARPET because of the good reviews given by other pet owners. We were able to purchase a bottle and they did make a trip to our home to drop it off as promised--thank-you! Of course we would very much have preferred that the knowledgable staff would have been able to apply it at the time of service.

We appreciate the opportunity to clean your carpets and regret that we didnt have the Bad Dog in the van at the time the carpets were cleaned. We will make a trip back out if you would like us to apply evenly through out the house.
