Well, my husband and I did finally receive the promised spot cleaning kit--after posting on this blog and contacting corporate headquarters--thank-you DRYCARPET!
This past weekend we had our carpets cleaned again--another beautiful job! However, they did not have any of the pet treatment product on the truck--we were VERY disappointed because we have three dogs and really began using DRYCARPET because of the good reviews given by other pet owners. We were able to purchase a bottle and they did make a trip to our home to drop it off as promised--thank-you! Of course we would very much have preferred that the knowledgable staff would have been able to apply it at the time of service.
