We will not use any other carpet service. We feel as if we have found the best. I don't like to have to wait 3-4 hours for my carpet to dry so that we walk on it. And if it's not a warm to hot day it could take longer to dry and then there is a smell. We have found with 1-800 drycarpet you can walk on it minutes later with no problem! And it looks terrific! The gentlemen are very courteous and they call when they are on their way. I refuse to have my carpets cleaned by any other company. On a scale from 1-10 on be satisfied we rate it a 10!
