I was recently referred to DRYCARPET from my real estate agent who uses them for all his home sales. I used the online site to obtain an estimate and schedule an appointment. I received a call confirming my appointment. I was called the day of my appointment to advise of a delay. 1-800-DRYCARPET Carpet Cleaners arrived at the time they committed to, completed their work professionally and expediently and offered me a discount to compensate for the delay of my delay.
Overall, the service was personal, professional and my carpets look great. DRYCARPET executes like a corporation but treats it customers like a small business does - with personal care and concern.
I highly recommend DRYCARPET to all my friends and associates. Thank you...and see you again in a few months for a follow up!

All the majer carpet manufactures like shaw recomend hot watter extraction and that othor methods can void your warenty if the hot watter extraction methodis done properly and the propper chemicals are used you do not have soapy residue another think what do you think is happening with this product that is brushed through carpet and then vacumid up? not to mention it is moist. In their advertizement it says the remainder dries up into a powder hence leaving a residue behind. todays hot water extracton methods are better than evar and todays wet cleaning methods only leave a little bit of residue and if residue is left behind it will only attract a little bit of soil from shoes and vacume up. so you decide what is best for you.

Hello SteamClean, Thank you for participating here. Are you sure that Hot Water Steam Cleaning is the only cleaning method "approved " by Shaw Industries? While it's true that new technology always reveals itself in time, we're glad to report that our capable R&D chemist has enabled us to deliver systematic, amazing results for our customers. 1-800-DRYCARPET™ believes that wet soap and water carpet cleaning methods have created overwhelming public frustration and disillusionment with regard to an intelligent, effective and safe system for the cleaning of carpet. Have you read or listened to what people are saying about Swedry® Carpet Cleaning ? Watch DRY Video, http://www.drycarpet.com/franchise/videos/Franchise_300k.asx Listen to people talk; http://www.drycarpet.com/mediaramp/ Read feedback, http://www.drycarpet.com/carpet_cleaning_message_board.htm Meet our R&D Chemist, http://www.drycarpet.com/chemist.htm We doubt that Shaw is aware of our DRY ORGANIC system. As of the date of this reply we're glad to say that homeowners are. If you'd like to talk, give us a call. I am very happy with your professioanl service and your Swedry product. The Swedry process not only cleaned our carpets but they have stayed clean much longer had we used the steam cleaning that we had used in the past.
