It's been 2 1/2 months since Rob and Walt cleaned my carpets. Not one original stain has come back. The carpets were completely dry when they left and there were no nicks on the baseboards. They were very thorough and careful. You guys and your cleaning system are awesome. You will surely be doing my rugs again.
