While the carpet cleaning was very good, with good results, it was a bit pricey. I felt uncomfortable accepting the "footage based" quote from the technician. I would have preferred a "room by room" quote -- you know -- three rooms plus hallway for $___.

I received two follow-up telephone calls from the company asking if I was satisifed with the results. Great! Shows interest in the customer; however, I've also received SEVERAL e-mail requests to post something here. "Our last kind-reminder" e-mail was received today. Does that mean I'll start getting unkind reminders? What if I just don't want to respond? Why so much pressure to become part of this posting forum?
