I just had my carpets cleaned yesterday afternoon. We have two small children and light colored carpet. My husband was convinced that we would have to replace the carpet downstairs due to all the horrible stains. I did a ton of research on carpet cleaning companies and could not ignore the stellar reviews that 1-800-Dry-Carpet received. I had the entire house done. Customer service was excellent from the first call to the end of the job. The associates that cleaned our carpet were professional and incredibly kind. The carpet looks AMAZING to say the least. Almost as good as the day it was installed. They got out just about every stain except for a few juice stains (which are very faint and hardly noticeable).
