I have used 1-800-DRYCARPET to clean the carpets in two apartments that have become vacant during the past 30 days. I have now added langauge to my lease agreements going forward to require my new tenants to ONLY use 1-800-DRYCARPET if they should choose to clean the carpets during the term of their residency. When I explained the benefits to them of dry organic carpet cleaning, my new tenants were appreciative of my concern for the health of their family. When I told the last tenant to move out that I would be charging them for the carpet cleaning, they asked for the phone number so they could use 1-800-DRYCARPET to clean the carpets in their new apartment.

No more hassles with waiting for the carpet to dry before people can move in, and I'm a hero to my new tenants because they aren't faced with the risk of breathing chemical residue or even mold spores from a carpet that remained soggy for a while.
