For the SECOND year in a row, I have scheduled an appointment, received a confirmation and yet no one has shown up! mad It takes a lot of work to get ready for an appointment like this and is extremely inconvenient and dissapointing to have this happen. I'm trying to get ready for out of town guests coming for my daughter's wedding, and I planned my labor day weekend around having your company clean my carpets. When I called the "service" number on the confirmation sheet I got a recording saying the office was closed. That's not very good "service" when you can't call with a problem and get someone. I have decided to go with a company called CHEM DRY who was Daily News Readers Choice Best of L.A in
2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006,and Just Awarded
2008. I recommend anyone reading does the same, and I will be telling my friends at the University where I work about this poor service. Furthermore, since this has happened twice to me I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. Just for the record, when I sent an e-mail to the owner of the franchise last year regarding the no-show, he never responded. mad

I would have probably considered it if it wasn't the second year in a row this happened to me, and if it wasn't such a huge inconvenience. I have to put a ton of clothes back in our closet that are on my bed, move everything back out of my bathroom, so I can get to my sink and shower, etc, and I don't have anyone to help me. This just isn't acceptable and no one even contacted me this morning.
