Met or exceeded all of our expectations. Our techs were great--fast, friendly, respectful, helpful and quite willing to discuss things with us. Our carpets look great, the process was only a few hours for our 3000 sq ft home and we could walk on it right away.
The clean (potpourri-ish?) smell was a bit overpowering for 1/2 day but mellowed quickly. It's been a week so far and looks like new. No more wet carpet cleaning for us or any of our family and friends. We've been bragging about it to all of them already. Kudos!

Greg...thanks for your feedback. You were also a terrific part of the experience. Your confirmation call was only a minute after my ordering online. It really set the tone. Now that you've phoned to follow-up and replied to our email, I'd say "enough already". LOL. You guys are great!

Anyway, we just used you on our rental and will be calling in the next month for our own home. Maybe we'll use you while we're in Hawaii again and call Greg from the beach....remember Greg??!! Hee hee anyway, thanks for the always incredible service! rebecca!!!!!
