Really love the product. Just used it yesterday to spot clean where my doggie likes to clean her face!
I wish I could purchase more but I am on fixed income and its pricey for me but it works so well that I figure out ways to work it into the budget.
I have never used the service but its on my wish list...dry cleaning a carpet is the only way to go as far as i'm concerned and Im a bit of a neat nik.
