I'm new to doing message boards, but I wanted to let anyone out there thinking of using 1-800-DRYCARPET how great it is. The guys that came out, showed up on time, measured, gave me my estimate and explained what they would be doing. After they had thoroughly cleaned my carpet, they asked if I had questions or needed anything else.

My carpet looks fantastic and my house smells great and I'm walking on my carpet. I'll never use a wet system again! Thanks, guys, you helped make my life a little easier.
