I am once again one of those happy camper customers of 1800-DRYCARPET.

Each year I want to rip up our cheap old, low quality, thrashed, stained, frayed carpet
(that came with the house). It makes me feel disgusted though we don't have funds
to get all new carpet right now.
It's all I can do not to rip out our carpet
with my bare hands and live on concrete instead.

Then we got 1-800-DRYCARPET to come in and they make our carpet all better again, (sigh), with Sweedry Method which is chemical free
and with out all the difficulties of the wet method - you know, the wet method with the hours and days before the carpet can really be used again, the rust stains from the metal finishings on some furniture. I noticed how
quickly the carpet stains come back too. It's like the water or chemicals attract the dirt right back in the same spots, Yeuck! I don't get those problems with America's Preferred.

I can truly walk on our carpet right away and even place our furniture right back where it was.

Thanks 1-800-DRYCARPET!!! Your service people are wonderful; efficient and helpful.

See you next year! If I can wait that long, we have pets and kids!

Signed,
Pam
