On September 4, 2001 you cleaned my carpets, and they have not been this clean since they were new! The carpeting is over 10 years old and has been cleaned several times with your competitor’s method. I thought I was pleased with the results of their method, but yours is far superior. The bounce and spring has returned to all areas, and areas that I felt were worn, now look new again. After five weeks no spots have returned and a hint of the fresh, clean smell still lingers. Thank you for restoring my carpeting to its former glory. I will be a devoted customer for life!!
