My carpets were cleaned yesterday by the Los Angeles DRYCARPET team. They were very professional and nice. The only thing is it ended up being extremely expensive, double what other companies had quoted me, and I was unhappy with that. Also, the carpets looked really clean right after they left, but after 24 hours of walking up and down the stairs i am seeing some of the old stains come back. I don't know if what they use somehow covers better for the first few hours. The carpets do look better overall, however.

I would probably use the service again, just because I hate the drying period after carpets are cleaned. But I would wait a LONG time because it is so expensive.

Don't wait too long between services since you have Berber carpet ..a very unforgiving carpet that should be cleaned every 4-6 months.
