Joe his and assistant arrived at the scheduled time. Gave me a revised estimate (from the online estimated that I got when I scheduled online at drycarpet.com. I OK'd and they started work and continued until done. Joe told me up front about some spots that would not be removable (in over 10 years). Did an excellent job. I Would recommend.
