I scheduled an appointment with the Dry Carpet professionals after hearing about their revolutionary dry carpet cleaning process.
I was curious about the process and had been contemplating a number of dry carpet cleaning companies prior to using Dry Carpet.
Dry Carpet did a very professional job and their staff was very courteous and efficient with the work that was performed.
They explained the difference between their process and many of their competitors. Unbeknownst to me, I was informed that many of the competitors process uses approximately 5 gallons of water to clean your carpet and will extract only 3 1/2 gallons in the cleaning process. This moisture sits below the carpet and the padding and can cause mold spores and all kinds of bateria to grow beneath the surface of your carpet. The spores can be release into the air and you will breathe this unhealthy air that results from the "non-dry" carpet cleaning process. Yet, these companies call their process "Dry Carpet Cleaing".
The Swedry process used very little water (a slight mist) and left no residue, soap, or excess water in the carpet. The carpet was completely dry within minutes.
I am very pleased with the service that I received.
