I want to thank the company for having such professional, caring, and courteous employees. Andrea Dodge who came to my house yesterday, has been just wonderful; always follows through, does an exceptionally awesome job on the cleaning, and like myself she is type A!!! She finds the spots, takes care of it, and leaves the house spotless.

Thank you sooo much for your continued service year after year.

I love DRY CARPET! You better always stay in business because I would never want to have my carpet cleaned any other way. I love the way it smells; it's dry immediately so stuff can be put right back; it doesn't leave a residue that attracts the dirt right back like a magnet; and I am particularly partial to Andrea Dodge. She does a great job and she is completely trustworthy. I had always dreaded the preparation for getting the house area ready to have the carpet cleaned, but Andrea has put me at ease with even that. Thank you for existing!

Thank you so much for your post and your continued business. We like to do a good job. I am also glad that the 1-800 DRYCARPET products do a great job of cleaning wool area carpets. Not all products on the market today can clean these special types of carpets without damaging them or causing the dye to bleed.

Hello Lin and ShibaN, We rigorously pursue and encourage customer feedback and stories like yours because we believe there is a lot of confusion in our industry ( ibid ). We don't take our customers for granted either. That is why we personally reply and personally recognize the generous efforts of our very special customers that take the time to add ' equal time ' to the sillyness and irresponsibility of wet chemical steam cleaning.

Thank you very much for your post. Whenever we can, we like to make the 1-800 DRYCARPET cleaning experience as easy and un-stressful on our customers as possible. Once we know what the customer wants taken care of (& moved) we do that to the best of our ability. I want to thank you again for your continued business. We will see you again in August or September for your maintenance carpet cleaning.
