Scheduling an appointment and getting a quote on line could not be easier!

Even more amazing is that 2 minutes after scheduling my appt on line, I needed to change the time frame so I called the toll-free number. I told Eric that I had just scheduled an appt on line and he asked if I was Heidi . . . and was in the process of looking at my home address via satelite to make sure they could find me. Eric recorded my time change and promptly sent a new confirmation via e-mail.

Eric also went above and beyond by sending me a link to maps.google.com (a good source for getting directions) I couldn't be happier with their service and I haven't even had my carpets cleaned yet!!
